Initial Consultation
An initial 15 to 20 minute telephone consultation is no charge, and no obligation.
Diagnosis and treatment of routine mental health conditions including trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and psychosis.
Medication Management
Psychotherapy
Person Centered Approach psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health problems and diagnoses. Specializing in Cognitive Processing Therapy with adults with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) .
Military combat veteran psychotherapist, with particular sensitivity for issues and challenges of active duty military, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, and their families.
Counseling & Coaching
A mental health diagnosis is not necessary to benefit from expert coaching and counseling! These one hour sessions are focused on achieving particular changes, growth and goals that YOU set yourself.
They may involve romantic partnership, work, sports, or ANY aspect of your life.
Payment for these sessions is cash, check, or credit card only.
Telemedicine
Any services are available via telemedicine - secure video conference to wherever you are. This excludes prescribing of controlled substances, which requires in-person appointments.
Listening Post Mental Health uses TherapyNotes, a teleconference software specifically for use in healthcare, so that your privacy is guaranteed.
